It focuses on evaluating existing surface and groundwater sources, optimizing the North Crow Creek collection system, ensuring the long-term sustainability of current well fields, and exploring future well field development options including Aquifer Storage and Recovery. The plan also details infrastructure improvements such as pipeline connections, reservoir bypasses, dredging, and enlargement, aiming to enhance system reliability and ensure adequate water supply for all planning periods.

The Board of Public Utilities convened a work session to present and address inquiries from City Council members regarding the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget, along with recommendations for water and sewer fees. No official board business was conducted during the session.
