The commission reviewed and approved several development permit applications. These included a replacement dwelling for Derick Friesen, a communications tower for Tamera Mills (Kent & Rachelle Koch), a storage shed for Clear Hills County, and a replacement office for Greg Hutchings (United Farmers of Alberta Cooperative Ltd.). Each approval was subject to specific conditions regarding property setbacks, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The council discussed and reviewed draft policies concerning road construction specifications for landowners on undeveloped road allowances and a public survey for residential lot development, deciding to bring amended versions of these to a future meeting. Additionally, the council approved the relocation of a 'Children at Play' sign and requested an amendment to Policy 3203 regarding approach construction and maintenance. Finally, the council awarded the contract for the Cleardale Firehall concrete project to Will Just Contract for $46,977.50.

The council meeting included presentations from Hoppy Power regarding a proposed project and Tantus Solutions Group Inc. regarding ERP replacement and project support, the latter of which was subsequently engaged by the council. Key policy actions included the approval of amendments to the Landowner Access Road Construction policy and the Approach Construction and Maintenance policy. Furthermore, the council authorized a tender for janitorial services, approved a grant for the Worsley Pioneer Club to assist with facility repairs, and resolved to end a multi-municipality agreement with the Village of Hines Creek regarding grant allocations. Various departmental and management reports were also reviewed and received for information.

The board accepted the Agricultural Service Board Activity Report and received verbal and written reports from board members. They completed a review of Agricultural Services policies and approved the 2025 Agricultural Service Board Annual Report to Council. Members also authorized attendance for several upcoming agricultural events and information sessions, and accepted the Agricultural Fieldman report.

Council reviewed a management team activity report, discussed landowner access road construction specifications, and examined draft public surveys for potential residential lot development. Additionally, the Council addressed various departmental items such as appointments of weed and pest inspectors, grant applications, fire department equipment and policies, bridge assessment and inspection proposals, and a plumbing quote for the Cleardale Firehall. Council also accepted various written reports and calendar updates.
