The Southeastern Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees approved a rate revision based on the August approval of the Cost of Service study. The rate revision, which will be implemented for September usage and October billing, is a system-wide average rate increase of approximately 2.8% over three years, affecting various rate classes. The most noticeable increase for residential members is the Customer Charge, which will increase by $1.50 each year for the first three years.

The Southeastern Electric Cooperative (SEC) Board of Trustees approved a rate revision based on the August approval of the Cost of Service study.
