The Board meeting included discussions on the Edwin Parr Award nominee banquet, the initiation of the annual Board evaluation process, and a policy review schedule. The Board received reports from administration, including updates on division activities related to support services, technology, and facilities. Additionally, the Board reviewed correspondence from the Minister of Education regarding a transportation infrastructure initiative and received information on the Catholic Education Sunday collection, an upcoming Art's Alive and Well in the Schools event, the ASBA Spring General Meeting, and student and staff achievements.

This Education Plan for The Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Separate School Division outlines the strategic direction for 2026-2029. Rooted in Catholic faith, its core priorities include strengthening Catholic faith, fostering learning through quality teaching, living truth and reconciliation, and promoting belonging in a diverse community. The plan aims to improve student learning and results by focusing on collaborative teaching environments, student growth in literacy and numeracy, reconciliation through cultural understanding, and comprehensive support for student and staff well-being, all guided by the division's mission, vision, and values.

The board meeting agenda focused on several key items, including the presentation of the Music Task Force and a review of the Three-Year Education Plan for 2026-2029.
