The committee reviewed an application for consent regarding a land severance and lot addition at 7842 Howard Avenue to merge with 7836 Howard Avenue. Discussions included compliance with provincial planning statements, official plan designations, zoning by-law requirements, and the need for a lot drainage and grading plan. The committee also considered the requirement for entrance permits for any modifications to driveway access on Howard Avenue.

The board discussed the appointment of an engineering firm for the Willow Beach Drainage System and Pump Drain project. Additional business included the review and approval of various drainage apportionments related to land severances. The board also reviewed and recommended the passage of an amending bylaw to reconcile and recover actual project costs for the Bondy Bastien Drain, following the completion of improvement works.
