Additionally, the Committee reviewed options for the Executive Director search, received a briefing on the Southeast Quadrant Day One Improvement Program, and reviewed a construction update for the Replacement Passenger Terminal.

The Committee discussed the procurement and installation of new Parking Access and Revenue Control System equipment for the Airport's Southeast Quadrant to ensure operational uniformity. Additionally, the Committee reviewed a proposed amendment to an equipment and training services agreement with Meridian Rapid Defense Group Rentals LLC, which exercises a one-year extension option for vehicle barricade deployment and emergency response training. The session concluded with a review of pending committee items.
