The strategic plan of Alaska Christian College is to empower Alaska Natives through biblically based higher education and Christian formation, with a vision to be the premier college of choice for Alaska Native students. The plan focuses on effective teaching and learning, student success by providing resources relevant to Alaska Natives, Christian formation by developing a biblical worldview, community engagement through service-based relationships, and institutional excellence by stewarding resources and promoting Alaska Native culture. The plan also outlines institutional student learning outcomes, including biblical worldview, critical thinking, spiritual leadership, cultural engagement, and reflective learning.
