TICUA and its members are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within their campus missions. The initiative aims to increase diverse representation among students, faculty, and governance, create inclusive campus environments, and build equity to graduate equity-minded leaders. Member institutions are encouraged to sign a pledge, complete surveys, and potentially join a cohort to advance these goals, while TICUA commits to supporting members with resources and assessing progress.
