The Board reviewed and discussed several financial reports, including the Cash Flow Report, the Monthly Expenditure report, and the Delinquent Accounts Report. They also discussed the Tenant Bulk Cable TV report. The board approved the write-off for outstanding checks and the annual write off of bad debts. The Director's Report included updates on meetings, lease renewals, a loss control visit, website updates, the Mest Manor Painting Project, LED Lighting Upgrade for Mest Manor, an Energy Efficient Loan, and a Water Pipe Break. The board also approved the FYE 3/31/2016 budget, ratified and accepted the HUD 2015 Capital Funds, and ratified the 5-Capital Fund Plan.

The board discussed financial reports, including cash flow, monthly expenditures, and delinquent accounts. They reviewed financials for the nine months ending December 31, 2014, and the Tenant Bulk Cable TV report. The director presented updates on meetings, training, projects, website updates, and the Mest Manor Painting Project. They also discussed LED lighting upgrades for Mest Manor, reviewed the Suspense Projects List, upcoming housing activities, and work order and occupancy reports. Old business included reviewing the cost and savings of reducing natural gas meters at the Maple Lane Site. New business covered the purchase of a new maintenance truck and a new commercial stove/oven for Mest Manor. The board also reviewed a revised budget for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015, and discussed excess Capital Funds.

The board discussed and approved a revised Credit Card Policy and the Executive Director's 3-Year Employment Contract. They reviewed a request from a former tenant to visit a resident and approved the visit with restrictions. The board reviewed and approved the Cash Flow Report, Monthly Expenditure report, Delinquent Accounts Report, and financials for the two months ending May 31st, 2014. They also discussed the Tenant Bulk Cable TV report and the SEDAC Energy Grant funds. The Executive Director presented updates on meetings, training, projects, and housing activities, including website proposals and the Suspense Projects List. The Non-Emergency/Emergency Work Order report and Occupancy Update/Empty Unit report were also presented. A board member commented on the hot water temperature at Mest Manor.

The board also discussed the Tenant Bulk Cable TV report, Capital Expenditures report, the Report on Investments, and the SEDAC Energy Grant funds. Updates were provided on various projects, including the Mest Manor Furnace Project, Website Proposals, Maple Lane Attic Insulation Work, and Maple Lane Furnace/Water Heater Project. The Board also reviewed the Executive Director's proposed 3 Year Employment Contract and the revised Credit Card Policy.

The Policy Committee meeting included a review of the Mest Manor Dress Code Policy, with tenant input acknowledged. The Executive Director was tasked with revising the policy to designate them as the authority on inappropriate clothing and to allow tenants to appeal decisions to the Board. Additionally, the DeKalb County Housing Authority House Rules were reviewed, with plans to create a draft specific to Mest Manor tenants for future review and recommendation.
