David Rogers was nominated for Chairman, Dalton Tysver for Supervisor #1, and Matt Joiner for Supervisor #3. With no further nominations, the nominations were closed for all positions.

The meeting included a review of the 2024 financial report and announcements regarding the Board of Review Open Book Sessions and the Annual Tire Collection event. The Annual Tire Collection details included the date, location, hours, and regulations for residents of participating townships.

The meeting included a review of the 2015 financial report and the approval of the 2016 road work plan, which details dust control, cold patching, culvert replacement, shouldering, ditching, wedging and patching, slag sealing, chip sealing, double chip sealing, and graveling of various roads. A public hearing date for the 2017 budget was set. Announcements were made regarding the Board of Review, tire collection, and the 2017 Annual Meeting. The purchase of a new plow truck was approved.
