The meeting included reports and discussions on various topics, including the Regional Sludge Management Committee's decision to grant Plant Fuel a one-year continuation of their agreement. Bids for Laboratory Testing Services and Welding and Lathe Work were reviewed, with contracts awarded to QC Laboratories and Precision Tool & Machine Service, respectively. The board also discussed and approved entering into an Energy Supply Agreement. Additionally, there were discussions regarding increasing the capacity of the Sullivan Way Pump Station and budget increases for Jacobs Environmental Consulting for the Mountain View Force Main and Facilities Plan Projects. An update was provided on the Mountain View Force Main project, and a meeting with Hopewell Township was held to review the wording of an agreement.

The meeting included discussion and filing of the July 2021 Flow, Maintenance and Connection Reports. The schedule of bills for August 17, 2021, was accepted. Kleinfelder's proposal for Sanitary Sewer Permitting and CCTV Inspection at the Mercer Trenton Airport was accepted. Bids received on July 8, 2021, for the Denow Road Sewer Rehabilitation and Jacobs Creek Area Sewer Rehabilitation projects were rejected. Updates were provided on the Purchase Power Agreement review, pre-bid conference scheduling, repair of the Katzenbach School Force Main, negotiations with the CWA 1032 committee, and nitrates removal efforts. Legal updates included the status of nitrates removal and US Homes v. ELSA.

The meeting addressed several key issues, including an engineering budget increase for Arcadis to close out the Mountain View Force Main project. The board also discussed and approved the connection of a proposed Child Medical Day Care Facility to the Authority's sewerage system, subject to specific conditions and recommendations. Updates were provided on a contract with Tim Dougherty, an agreement with the Pennington Circle group, and a UV pilot program to be conducted by Trojan at the Authority's Plant.

The meeting included updates on the solar panels project and the Regional Sludge Facility. A contract was awarded for Maintenance of Medium Voltage Electric Equipment to Reuter & Hanney, Inc., and another for Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment to A.C. Schultes, Inc. Additionally, a contract for furnishing Polymers was awarded to Polydyne, Inc. The board reviewed and approved a proposed car wash construction project and an application to sewer Wildflowers Restaurant, Marco's Pizza, and Circle Realty Associates. The board also discussed construction at the Plant, a Supplemental Loan Application, and authorized the Executive Director to adjust the salaries of several foremen and clerical employees. The Princeton Pike Sewer Lining job was also mentioned. An executive session was held to discuss a grievance regarding overtime distribution.

The meeting included a report on the Regional Sludge Management Committee and a discussion regarding an application submitted by Alpha Healing to modify a warehouse. The board approved the connection for the Developer's proposed Development to the Authority's sewerage system, subject to certain conditions. There was also a presentation regarding potential FEMA funding for Resiliency projects and an update on the Sullivan Way Force Main, Ewing Creek Easement project, Denow Road project, Lawrence Sewer Study and Lawrence Manhole project.
