Gampel Pavilion Renovations project on campus, for phase 1 of the project. The University of Connecticut is undertaking a focused renovation to Gampel Pavilion on the campus. Gampel Pavilion is an approx 171,000 SF, 10,299- seat multipurpose dome and is the largest on-campus venue for college basketball in the New England area. The goal of this project’s renovation is to modernize and create maximum efficiencies of the existing spaces in Gampel Pavilion while also further increasing new revenue generating areas and opportunities that support the facility’s use. Selective Demolition, Drywall, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Access Controls and Security, AV & Data Communications Systems.

Work includes installation of air conditioning systems in russell hall of the existing 6 building northwest residence complex. Conditioned make-up air systems to be installed as part of the project.

To perform landscaping services cleanup, contractor shall survey the site/ lawn area prior to mowing and pick up and dispose of litter, sticks, stones or other debris. Mowing of designated lawn shall be performed to maintain the lawn in a neat and manicured condition to a length approved by the university representative.
