Project entails the renovation of the former indoor pool area to allow for its use as an athletic training/practice facility. The indoor pool has already been filled and new heating/cooling is installed. Renovations include finishes, including athletic flooring, to accommodate various training and equipment. The work also includes improvements to the power distribution and new lighting throughout the space, and fire alarm system devices. The work includes cleaning and painting existing exposed structure and deck. There will be new wall finishes, gypsum board and painting. New aluminum storefront doors and windows will be included in the scope.

The re-roofing project entails a comprehensive overhaul of the current roofing system. The existing built-up roof will be completely removed and replaced with a new, fully adhered EPDM membrane roof, known for its durability and weather resistance. Concurrently, the steeply sloped roof areas, presently covered with composite shingles, will undergo demolition to make way for a modern standing seam metal roof, which offers enhanced longevity and aesthetic appeal. All roofing materials will be stripped down to the existing cementitious deck, ensuring a clean slate for the installation. The new roofing system is designed to incorporate new insulation, aligning with the documented specifications to improve thermal efficiency and meet current building codes. This renovation will not only refresh the building's exterior but also contribute to energy savings and structural integrity, all while providing watertight protection for years to come.
