This Fourth Amendment extends the Contract for Transportation Services between Community Unit School District 200 and Citizens Taxi Dispatch, Inc. for an additional two years, from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026. The amendment updates the pricing for various transportation services as detailed in Attachment A for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 school years, while ratifying all other terms and conditions of the original agreement.

It extends the agreement for three additional one-year periods, covering the 2024-2025, 2025-2026, and 2026-2027 school years, commencing July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2027. Compensation rates will increase by 8.00% for SY 2024-25, 6.00% for SY 2025-26, and 5.00% for SY 2026-27.
