Forsyth County General Services (as described on the posting) and/or the City of Winston-Salem is soliciting bids for OEM laser and inkjet toner cartridges. Multiple purchase orders may be awarded to one or more vendors based on lowest price per item; remanufactured cartridges will not be accepted and vendors must provide free recycling and 3–4 business day delivery. Period of performance is expected to begin January 2026 and run through June 30, 2026; deliveries to the Forsyth County Government Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

Forsyth County General Services is soliciting bids to supply various paper, envelope, and related office supplies with specified quantities and requirements. Orders will be placed on an as-needed incremental basis over a six-month period anticipated to begin January 2026 and run through June 30, 2026, with deliveries to the Forsyth County Government Center Print & Mail Center in Winston-Salem, NC. Vendors must be licensed to do business in North Carolina, meet ADA and product quality requirements, and provide required forms to submit proposals.
