Seeking a third-party cost recovery billing company for when services are rendered by the fire department. Services the city shall seek payment for include, but are not limited to, response to fire permit violations; response to hazardous materials incidents; response to a vehicle crash and/or vehicle fire; response to an aircraft crash and/or aircraft fire; response to false fire and/or sprinkler alarms; response to water-related emergencies; standby for utility lines in the roadway; any other incidents as determined by the fire chief.

Work includes installation of 12kw of photovoltaic solar panels at the city municipal pool. The energy system will be installed on the facility's southeast and southwest-facing roof segments of the pool house building. Site preparation: review the municipal pool house roof structure to ensure it is structurally prepared for installation of the energy system. Analyze energy system design as needed. Panel and inverter installation: procure 12kw of pv solar panels, inverters and mounting systems for the pool house. Install the procured materials onto the pool house roof. Electrical integration for net metering: connect the 12kw solar energy system into the city's electrical grid infrastructure and establish a net metering system using best practices. See outside link.
