The City of Spring Hill (TN) solicits proposals to renovate and resurface two tennis courts and four basketball courts at Fischer Park, including surface preparation, crack/defect repairs, application of acrylic filler and two coats of acrylic color coating, and restriping to USTA guidelines. The work includes installation of two new tennis nets, using pure acrylic materials (no asphalt or tar emulsions), with contractors required to maintain site cleanliness and complete work within the set timeframe. The project’s period of performance is 30 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

City of Spring Hill requests qualified playground equipment manufacturers/vendors to design, supply, remove existing equipment, and install an inclusive, ADA/IPEMA/CPSC/ASTM-compliant playground at Harvey Park. Scope includes raising the play area a minimum of 1 foot with drainage and grading plans, site preparation, factory-certified installation, documentation of warranties and product liability insurance, and meeting specified bonding and insurance requirements. Project completion is required within 120 days of Notice to Proceed; bid security and 100% performance/payment bonds are required.

Furnishing of two (2) in-line sludge grinder, including the main grinder housing, cutter-drive assembly, vendor-supplied control panel, and all ancillary components required to provide a complete and fully functional grinding system as specified in the In-Line Grinder Procurement Contract Documents. Procurement includes all required controls, accessories, installation certification, Owner training, and operation and maintenance manuals.
