Work includes removing the existing tennis courts, fencing and associated improvements. Constructing a new post-tensioned concrete tennis court and two pickleball courts, fencing, accessible concrete walks, protection of existing electric services, MSD stormwater management with planting and site restoration.

Provide HVAC systems replacement. This project contains the demolition and removal of existing equipment as well as the installation of new equipment to replace removed items. The equipment being demolished and replaced includes but is not limited to three (3) rooftop units serving the main level, three (3) gas furnaces and their associated condensing units serving the lower level, replacing one (1) gas furnace and its associated condenser serving the second floor, and replacing one (1) roof mounted exhausted fan. Additional work includes but is not limited to cleaning all existing hard ductwork in the building (excluding apparatus bay), replacing all flex duct on the main level and second floor, and rebalancing all building systems.
