Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane fluoropolymer system. Foundation: Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1)Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. 2)Install handholds at the roof hatch. 3)Overflow discharge modification. 4)Replace the roof vent screen. 5)Reweld the sidewall stiffener in the wet interior.\r 6)Weld steel plates over the cathodic lift holes. Install bowl rigging couplings.\r 8)Replace the wet interior roof hatch - alternate. 9)Install a roof platform - alternate. 10)Install a wet interior ladder - alternate. 11)Install a riser grate - alternate.
