The City of Portland issued a sole-source procurement to establish a price agreement with McCrometer for Flo-Dar and Hach Flow products and components required for flow monitoring systems. The City of Portland, Oregon (Bureau of Environmental Services) is soliciting proposals for Owner Advisor services to provide construction management, inspection, procurement assistance, and programmatic support for alternative delivery capital improvement projects. The contract contemplates up to two awards with a maximum value of approximately $9 million each over five years and a period of performance through December 31, 2030. Proposers must meet insurance and equal employment/equal benefits requirements and will provide project management, technical review, procurement assistance, construction management/inspection, and training services.
