Pleasant Grove City Public Works & Engineering seeks bids for the 1100 East Area Waterline and Roadway Reconstruction project to remove and replace approximately 3,913 linear feet of culinary waterline and reconstruct roughly 19,401 square yards of roadway across multiple streets. The procurement is an IFB requiring licensed, bonded, and insured contractors (with specified experience and self-performance requirements); sealed bids are due on December 11, 2025, with work expected to start after March 1, 2026 and substantial completion by September 15, 2026.

Work consists of installing 330 ft of 24" storm drainpipe and affiliated infrastructure. City crews will perform the asphalt work on this project. Work includes, 3,000 SF of remove asphalt pavement; 330 ft of 24" hp storm pipe; 330 ft of 24" reinforced concrete pipe; 200 SF of concrete sidewalk; 200 SF of remove concrete sidewalk; 50 SF of remove concrete waterway; 50 TON of base course; 50 SF concrete waterway; 20 ft of 24" concrete curb and gutter.
