The City of Plano is issuing an RFI to gather information from vendors about eProcurement system solutions to modernize the City's procurement processes. Vendors should provide comprehensive responses addressing functional and technical capabilities, and all questions and submissions are to be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave portal. In-person submissions are allowed per instructions on the portal, but the City recommends electronic submission and notes late responses will not be accepted.
