The City of Phoenix is requesting qualifications for the design and construction professional services for the new Estrella Library, a voter-approved General Obligation Bond project for a new ~12,000 sq. ft. library. Services may include programming, design, construction administration and inspection, and the consultant team will be required to use the City's ASP web-based project management database and maintain electronic project records. Qualifications must be submitted through the City's procurement portal before the stated deadline.

At a minimum, the Contractor will be expected to successfully perform the following construction services, including: curb, gutter, sidewalk and curb ramps complying with Americans with Disabilities Act, driveways, bus bays, utility foundations, paving and other miscellaneous concrete flat work within the right-of-way; asphalt paving and asphalt pavement rehabilitation treatment work; concrete paving work; storm drains and catch basins, scuppers, retention basins, and other storm drain facilities; miscellaneous utility adjustments, relocation, modifications, and installations.
