Provide on-call materials testing services for projects pertaining to the city's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), in addition to supplementary projects that originate during the calendar years of 2026-2028, including potential for federally funded projects. Perform all tasks necessary to complete the work including testing, inspecting and documentation of materials according to proper applicable codes, regulations and standards.
