Construction on the ALCC is expected to feature updated accommodations for the Navarre Library with expanded community service amenities including programming from the Opportunity Center managed by the Monroe County Opportunity Program (MCOP) and classroom facilities for The Learning Bank managed by Monroe Public Schools.
