The City of Lawrence is soliciting qualified firms to provide on‑call stormwater engineering services to rehabilitate, enhance, or replace existing stormwater systems, including development review, design, bidding, and construction‑phase support. Projects will be assigned at the City’s discretion based on analysis and funding, with a three‑year initial term and two optional one‑year renewals.
