The City of Lancaster is soliciting proposals from a qualified consultant to provide assessment district administration support and annexation services, including daily/annual administration of various assessment districts and annexation documentation. The consultant must provide software resources for City staff to remotely view district and parcel status, prepare and submit assessment levy information to the Los Angeles County Auditor-Controller, and act as the primary contact for property owners and staff. Additional responsibilities include coordinating bond call spreads and providing continuing disclosure and investor relations services as needed.
