The City of Kyle is soliciting contractors to realign and improve Windy Hill Road from the eastern ROW of the IH-35 northbound frontage road to Purple Martin Avenue, including asphalt reconstruction, curbs and gutters, and raised medians. The project also includes roundabout construction, sidewalks, curb ramps, storm sewer work, water lines, street lighting, signage/striping, and two RRFB pedestrian beacons. Purchase and deliver one (1) mobile generators. Minimum 500-kw diesel engine driven trailer mounted generator with sound attenuated weatherproof enclosure and 24-hour storage tank; delivery of generator. Work also consist of construction of booster pump station, construction of a minimum 175kw diesel generator with a sub -base fuel tank, construction of well no. 3 and booster pump station generator, construction of well nos. 1 & 5 and booster pump station generator, construction of masonwood lift station generator, demolition of existing chain link fence, swing out gate and asphalt pavement; construction of a minimum 50kw diesel generator with a sub -base fuel tank.
