Seeking experienced, multidisciplinary planning teams to prepare a conceptual redevelopment plan. Conduct kickoff meeting with city staff and advisory board. Understand existing environmental conditions and remediation obligations. Provide locations and estimates of required soil disturbance areas so that city's environmental consultant can evaluate cleanup costs associated with proposed development plans. Coordinate with wdnr and city's environmental consultant to ensure planning aligns with cleanup goals. Evaluate regional market trends, industry clusters, and redevelopment potential, and the type and extent of local housing demand, including potential target markets for various housing typologies. The project consists of the removal of approximately 6,038 Sq. Ft. Total; 3,490 Sq. Ft. (Upper roof) 2,548 Sq. Ft. (Lower Roof) and is comprised of Ballasted EPDM Roofing membrane, tapered insulation on 2” Polyisocyanurate, and vapor retarder. Roof replacement to be fully adhered EPDM membrane roofing with layers of rigid insulation, tapered insulation, and vapor barrier, metal trim, reglets, and copings, along with cleaning and sealing of the existing joints in masonry and concrete copings, along with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work as indicated on the drawings.
