Work consist of 3,110 CY of roadway excavation, 13,425 SY of soil stabilization fabric, 670 SY of subgrade stabilization, 2,290 tn of asphalt concrete surface , 5,330 tn of asphalt concrete base, 685 sy of 0.25' thick pavement mill, 13 EA of remove & dispose pole, 11 EA of relocate signs to new pole, 18 EA of furnish & install new pole, 26 EA of furnish & install new sign, 3,732 LF of thermoplastic traffic stripe (6" white), 135 LF of thermoplastic traffic stripe (8" white), 3,362 LF of Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe Bicycle Buffer (Parking Permitted), 427 SF of Thermoplastic Pavement Marking. The City of Healdsburg is soliciting sealed bids for the Grove Street Underground Conversion Project (Project EL005, CIP-19-025), which involves constructing approximately 12,610 feet of utility trench and substructures for electric and communications utilities. A valid Class A California contractor’s license is required; bids must be submitted under sealed cover with required bidder’s security, and the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds and other required documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM; plans and specifications are provided to registered plan holders via the City’s website.
