Estimated budget $3,635,000. Federally funded (CDBG‑MIT/HUD) — Davis‑Bacon wage rates, federal procurement/audit requirements (2 C.F.R. Part 200), 365‑day contract; requires Florida certified/registered general contractor, bid bond (5%) and 100% performance/payment bond and other MQRs.
