Provision of commercial mowing and grounds maintenance at Abrams Municipal Airport (~95 estimated acres). Scope includes up to 15 complete mowings/season, trimming around fixtures, chemical weed control (materials reimbursed), runway/taxiway debris removal, spring lawn rolling, litter removal, and related grounds upkeep. Contractor must supply labor, equipment, supplies, carry specified insurance, demonstrate 5+ years commercial experience with three references, and submit a per-service fee structure. Contract: per-service rate billed monthly, one-year base with up to two one-year renewal options.

Provide mowing and maintenance services for city-owned parcels and city parks, and greenspaces. Maintain city parcels and/or parks/greenspaces by raking, mowing, and trimming as necessary to maintain a condition which will be acceptable to the city. Grass and weeds will be maintained at a height of 3 inches. Contractor to be responsible for the mowing of all grassy areas, including hand mowing, edge trimming, weed whipping, and leaf blowing. All weeds are to be removed from sidewalks and around shrubs and flower beds. Pecial care should be taken while performing maintenance in areas around benches, playgrounds, grills, artwork, picnic tables, etc. See outside link.
