The project will include overhauling and consolidating the existing development-related ordinances into a single, easy-to-use document housed in a single chapter of the fredericksburg code of ordinances. Provide more specific recommendations for approaches, tasks, timelines, and deliverables based on their experience and expertise from past work on related projects. The consultant team is expected to bring creative and innovative ideas and procedures to the project, and work with city staff to customize the details, work plan and phase structure.
