Provide services for various project involving the city's wastewater system. Services to be provided by Engineer: professional engineering services associated with designing, constructing, planning, acquiring, extending, upgrading, renovating, rehabilitating, replacing and improving the City’s wastewater system, including (i) expanding the South Regional Wastewater System Facilities and (ii) purchasing property, including necessary rights-of-way and easements. Services to be provided by Bond Counsel: assist in obtaining loan and/or grant funding and to provide legal opinion with respect to the validity of financial assistance received by the City from the Texas Water Development Board (“TWDB”) for capital financing; preparation of ordinances/orders/resolutions authorizing and securing the debt and/or authorizing any grant agreements as necessary. Services to be provided by Financial Advisor: assist in strategic financial planning; analysis of market conditions; recommended investments of bond proceeds; provide recommendations to the City for financing through programs established by the TWDB, including loan and grant funding.

Work generally includes: cleaning and priming existing roof, inspect and repair all existing roof fasteners, waterproof all fasteners, seams, flashings, and penetrations, replace existing fiberglass skylight panels (168) with metal r-panels, install exterior top of roof coating and provide warranty options for 10 years,15 years, and 20 years at the dripping springs ranch park.
