City of Derby seeks sealed bids to supply one (1) new 2025 or newer PTO-driven aerifier/seeder (commercial-grade ride-on). Unit must meet attached minimum specifications (e.g., 60" frame width, 60" aerifier shaft, 245 lb shaft weight, 55 holes/sq ft shaft density, 6.7 cu ft seed box with 15 outlets, 540 PTO, specified gearbox/drive line/roller/rake and double-sealed tapered roller bearings), be current standard production/new and unused, include complete printed literature/photos, operator/parts/service manuals and warranty terms, be demonstrated prior to bid consideration, and be deliverable to the Public Works Park Division within 90 days of purchase order.

The City of Derby, Kansas is soliciting sealed bids for three (3) 2025 or newer commercial grade mowers that meet the minimum specifications attached to the bid document. Bidders must submit sealed bids addressed to the City Clerk by 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 18, 2025, and include the completed bid form, attachments, and required documentation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid that serves the public interest; the successful bidder will enter into a purchase order/contract acceptable to the City.
