Work scope includes masonry repointing, wood consolidation and exterior carpentry, EPDM roofing and sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, restoration of wood windows and doors, lime plaster restoration, and exterior painting. Requires VA contractor classification, performance/payment bonds, insurance, and completion within 210 calendar days.
