Roadway network consisting of approx. 590 paved lanemiles of residential streets, collector corridors, and arterial routes supporting daily travel for residents, business access, freight movement, and emergency services. As pavement ages, oxidation, cracking, moisture intrusion, and traffic loading progressively deteriorate asphalt surfaces, leading to increased maintenance needs and earlier resurfacing cycles. Pavement preservation treatments provide a costeffective method to slow deterioration, extend pavement life, and maintain safe roadway conditions. Strategic preservation investments reduce long-term capital costs, delay major rehabilitation, improve ride quality, and enhance public satisfaction with roadway performance.

To automate the process of producing the city's annual recommended budget book and adopted budget book.

Provide design and engineering services including: evaluate existing land and determine best uses for development of building and parking areas; develop space programing based on existing needs and account for growth of city staff; receive all required permits through all local, state, and federal permitting agencies; prepare all final design and engineering components including final construction plans and assist in preparation of bid documents consistent with all local, state, and federal requirements. Perform all special inspections and possibly assist with contract administration.
