Exterior rehabilitation (a)complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. (b)full curtain containment miscellaneous grinding, welding, and caulking. New tank roof vent. Remove/reinstall inlet/outlet insulation and jacket. Drill holes in balcony floor. Remove existing piping to fire station building. Repair and modify existing roof railing. Install new safety "tie-off" lugs. Remove abandoned telecom equipment. New overflow pipe screen. New city lettering/logos painted on exterior of tank. Repair concrete foundation mortar and grout. New safety climb system for all tower ladders. New LED aviation lights and post.
