The City of Bellevue is seeking bids for the West Bellevue Streetscape Improvements 2026 project. This extensive project involves excavation, shoring, and backfill for irrigation and water service equipment, along with installation of irrigation and landscape planting. It also includes asphalt trench restoration, grind and overlay of a travel lane, traffic control, and utility coordination.
