The City of Banning is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide design services to upgrade the unsignalized intersection of Wilson Street and 12th Street under HSIP funding. The project is funded by the Highway Safety Improvement Program and requires firms experienced with HSIP-funded projects and Caltrans local assistance standards.

Work includes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (hvac) replacement services; remove three (3) old hvac units and install three (3) equivalent new units in their place, on the roof of city hall, provided by the contractor to city; unit #1: year installed was 2002. 15-ton carrier model. To retain a highly qualified environmental monitoring consultant to ensure compliance with all environmental permits, commitments, and regulations. The monitor will act as the on-site authority to protect identified resources and respond to inadvertent discoveries.
