Must have 3+ years’ relevant experience, ability to work at heights near energized utility poles and coordinate with Duke Energy, proof of liability insurance and required certifications (e.g., OSHA aerial lift, Duke Energy approvals), and submit itemized per‑pole pricing. Contract is a 1‑year term with two 1‑year renewals; proposals submitted via email to the project manager as required by the RFP.
