Replace roofing and roof insulation systems. Work includes demolition of existing roofing, insulation and all roofing materials back to the concrete deck; rooftop mechanical equipment shall be removed to allow for the installation of roof terminations and then re-installed, including all electrical connections and controls; existing roof drains to be removed and replaced with tie-in of roof membrane; installation of new tapered lightweight insulation and concrete system, roof membrane, various roof flashings and terminations for a complete, installed, waterproof installation; roof guardrails.
