Consists of furnishing all skill, labor, materials (unless noted otherwise), tools, equipment and incidentals required for smoke and dye testing services for sanitary sewer basins. The combined footage for the (3) basins is approximately 965,906 LF of sanitary sewer main pipeline. The estimates for dye water testing are (65) dye traces and (65) dye floods.
