The intent is to enhance constructability, identify innovative solutions to reduce cost and accelerate the schedule, develop project phasing strategies, and position the municipality for a potential construction agreement in Phase 2 with the CM/GC firm. The contractor will join the owner and the design team in a "Team-Build" approach to project delivery. The contractor will assist with the final construction drawings prior to starting the project.
