Flocculation and clarification system upgrades include replacing conventional clarifiers with new Lamella type plate clarifiers, installation of new flocculation tanks with flash mixing, demolition of an existing concrete clarifier, expansion / renovation of the existing water treatment plant building and all general/mechanical construction required. Site construction generally includes exterior and interior piping modifications include relocating finished water piping, new 16-IN raw water feed line, installation of new vaults and modification of existing vaults, demolition of piping to be abandoned, and implementing/maintaining temporary bypass piping.
