The corridor plan shall describe the corridor’s characteristics, foreseeable development and impacts, and opportunities for mitigation of adverse conditions. The plan shall utilize data to identify corridor projects and strategies that will support the goals and objectives of the area. The plan shall include progress monitoring and assessment criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan’s implementation.
