A non-mandatory pre-bid is scheduled for December 2, 2025, and bids are due December 16, 2025 at 3:00 PM CST in Conroe, TX.
AvailableProvide section 3A paving. 1 LS mobilization, move-in & move-out (including bonds & insurance); 1 AC hydromulch seeding as directed by engineer (turf to be established and maintained, complete in place); 33 EA fine lot grading (including balancing all dirt necessary to achieve lot grading as shown on the approved construction plan set); 1 EA install and remove concrete truck washout; 1 LS maintain existing stabilized construction access and remove; 1 AC row mowing and stripping; 1 LS maintenance of existing erosion control during construction; complete in place; 1 LS as-built topography survey for section 3A inclusive of the top-of-curb, four corners of said lots, the building line points, and grade-break.
