Partnerships and teams of dhhl beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries, including individuals and organizations, are encouraged to apply. Proposed capacity building projects must be beneficiary-driven, demonstrate beneficiary leadership and assistance, and benefit existing dhhl homestead lessees.
