Establish competitive pricing to expand and replace the wired/lan equipment installations at all current and future e-rate eligible sites. Vendor will be responsible for the following: 1. Removal of patch cables connecting the existing switches to the existing patch panels in all designated idf or idf wiring closets. 2. Removal of the existing equipment from the mdf or idf. This equipment is almost exclusively cisco catalyst switches. 3. Installation and configuration of the new equipment, including the switches designated for the individual wiring closet. The district will be responsible for supplying the vendor all necessary configuration requirements, including hostnames, routing information, VLAN names and numbers, SNMP strings, passwords, ip addresses, etc. The district will assume responsibility for the assignment of VLANs to the individual ports.
