AvailableWork includes mobilization, selective site demolition, erosion and sediment controls, flow diversion, and removal of accumulated sediment to create a functional floodplain area with a baseflow channel that ties to the existing channel at the upstream extents and at the pedestrian bridge crossing at the Ninth Street Park property. Log sill and woody debris grade control structures will be installed to provide grade control across the restored system. The restored area will be planted as specified in the Drawings to provide native riparian buffer habitat.
